1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the online shop of September-Shop, owner: Zhengying Qian, email: zhengyingqian98@gmail.com . We do not recognize any deviating terms and conditions of the customer unless we have expressly agreed to them in writing.

2. Contracting party
The purchase contract is concluded with September-Shop, email: zhengyingqian98@gmail.com .

3. Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order. By clicking the "Buy now" button, you place a binding order. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance. The purchase contract is only concluded upon shipment of the goods.

4. Prices and payment terms
All prices include VAT plus shipping costs.

The purchase price is due immediately upon ordering.

5. Delivery / Shipping
We deliver within 7 business days of receipt of payment. Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process. Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer.

6. Right of withdrawal / return
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. This period begins upon receipt of the goods.
The return shipment will be sent to: Friedberger Str. 38. The customer will bear the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Personalized jewelry or jewelry made according to customer specifications is excluded from returns.

7. Warranty / Liability
Statutory liability for defects applies. We are only liable for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Liability for minor negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations are violated.

8. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

9. Data protection
Your data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary to fulfill the contract.

10. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Place of jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible.
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
